Hi there!
Hannah Kevitt (she/her) is a China born, North Carolina raised actor/singer/dancer.
While growing up in the tractor-loving small town of Hickory, North Carolina Hannah was always singing and dancing to Disney movies (notable mentions include: Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, and Mulan). When she was old enough, her parents enrolled her in a community theatre summer production and… she froze. Hannah’s Dad, determined to get his daughter back on the “metaphorical theatre horse” started doing theatre with her. From there, the stage fright left, and the theatre bug bit.
At 12, Hannah had her first professional acting job doing a JCPenney commercial in NYC. She then made a (rather convincing) powerpoint presentation to her parents on why being an actor was a viable career. Thankfully, they conceded. At the age of 17, Hannah had her first professional theatre job doing Miss Saigon at Serenbe Playhouse. White finishing high school, Hannah worked regionally in the Southeast. After graduating high school, Hannah took a gap year: performing regionally, getting her yoga certification, and earning her Associate’s Degree.
After obtaining her associates degree, Hannah attended Elon University and received her BFA in Music Theatre in 2023. Immediately following graduating, Hannah moved to New York to make her Broadway debut in the original cast of Back to the Future. After a year of being in Back to the Future, Hannah left the show to join her second original Broadway cast in Maybe Happy Ending.
Hannah is so grateful for her non-linear journey and is grateful for the journey and excited for what life has in store.
